Our commitment to healthcare during the coronavirus outbreak
As we navigate the global crisis of COVID-19, our top priorities are the health and safety of our clients, our employees, and the communities in which we live and work. As a manufacturing company, we would also be remiss to not recognize the increasing and sincere pleas from heroic doctors, nurses and first responders for the medical supplies they desperately need.
We want people to know we are doing all we can to meet the demands of this extraordinary time and get supplies from our factories to where they’re most needed as quickly as possible. At current capacity we are producing 250,000 to 500,000 preventative masks over the next three months at our 35,000 sq. ft. Los Angeles factory. Our private supply chain has access to 25 million surgical and N95 masks, too. Even our partner facilities in San Diego, Utah and New York have agreed to ramp their production, as well as other domestic and international manufacturing partners, ensuring backup and overflow production support. We stand ready to expedite shipments across the country at a moment’s notice.
All this can be accomplished in partnership with local and federal governments, agencies and officials. With their assistance we can convert our facilities and network into a 24/7 emergency gear mask, glove and protective gear factory and distribute millions of N95 masks and other medical supplies by uniting our supply chain and importing the products directly.
Measures to ensure safety
In an effort to remain transparent, we want our customers and clients to know that we’ve implemented the health guidance from the WHO, CDC and government officials. All of our team members who can work from home are doing so, and we’re taking appropriate measures to ensure the safety of our operational employee and distribution partners.
During this time, we remain fully committed to our mission of connecting you to the textiles you love, without compromising the well-being or values of our collective community. We continue to serve you online with deliveries currently operating as normal and in accordance with official health guidelines. Our showrooms in Los Angeles and New York are operating digitally and we welcome you to make an appointment as needs arise.
